Who we are
A lot of our projects start with a complaint rather than a brief. Enquiries arrive in too many places and nobody owns them. Bookings get sorted by text. The website says less about the business than the owner would on the phone.
We design the screens, write the code, put it live and keep looking after it. While we work, you see every screen in your own client portal and approve it before we build. And you can open the work we have shipped for other businesses today, because all of it is live.

Each of these started as a real problem inside a real business. What changed is taken from the project itself, and you can open every site from its card.

What we built
One platform for a car finance broker. A deal moves from the website quote to settlement inside it, with the staff pipeline and the customer portal in the same system.

An enquiry now arrives with an account created and a broker assigned, and customers send documents through the portal instead of an email thread.

Online booking for a boxing coach. The page shows real availability, session packs are paid up front, and credits land in the client's account when the payment clears.

Clients now book and pay without sending a message, and the diary fills without the coach touching it.

A site for a Scarborough barbershop covering all 19 services and 11 products, plus an admin behind every page so the staff make their own changes.

A site for an online fitness coach that explains the coaching and who it suits, then points everyone at one application for a free consultation.

A new design for a car loan lender laid over the original copy, with an eligibility and loan sizing check added to the landing page.

Shipped with every word of live copy intact, held in place by a build gate that asserts all 437 original strings still appear in the output.

How a project runs
We start with how the business runs today and which job eats the most hours. That decides what the first version has to do.
Each page and screen goes into your client portal on desktop and phone. You pin comments where you want changes, then approve it.
We build to the screens you approved. Progress shows up in the portal as recorded walkthroughs you can comment on at the exact moment.
We put it live and check it on desktop and phone against what you signed off.
After launch we keep looking after it. Ongoing changes can run on a monthly retainer.
The client portal
Every client signs in to their own portal on simpledev.au. It is where the work lives while we build it, and it stays open after launch.
What you can expect
Project work is quoted on a fixed scope at a fixed price, agreed before we start.
Screens come to you in the portal for comments and approval first. Nothing is built from a guess.
Regular updates and support can continue on a monthly retainer once the project is live.
